OneMain’s Tuition Reimbursement policy is designed to help team members further their knowledge, skills and job effectiveness through higher education in fields of interest to the company.

Here's how the program works:

• Eligible team members must be active, regular and full-time, working 40 hours per week.
• Applications must be submitted for each course, prior to the start of the course.
• Eligible courses must be related to our business.
• 100% tuition reimbursement for approved courses for grade “C” or better.
• Up to $5,250 reimbursement per calendar year.

How to sign-up or access your Trim account

Team members can sign-up or log into their Trim by OneMain account via OKTA or by going to go.asktrim.com and using their OneMain email address (@omf.com or @onemainfinancial.com) to sign in or create an account.
